RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

You may exchange any product purchased from any Bleeding Roses Merchandising store by following the following instructions. All emails will be answered within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for responses during new launches.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS

We accept returns for any damaged, incorrect, or misprinted product within 14 days of the product’s original delivery date. Please complete the Return Request form below to initiate a return. Once you have received a return authorization number, you will be provided with our returns shipping address. Bleeding Roses Merchandising will not cover the cost of return shipping, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and to email us the item tracking number after it has been shipped. We cannot be held liable for lost returns sent to us without a tracking number and will not refund an item that has been lost during return shipping without a tracking number.

Upon receiving your return, if an exchange was not requested, we will process a complete refund to the original payment method used which should post within 5-7 business days of issue.

WRONG SIZE, ACCIDENTAL ORDER, OR BUYER’S REMORSE

We do not issue refunds for items that were ordered accidentally, in the wrong size, in the wrong color, or other customer-oriented reasons. We do accept returns for exchange ONLY within 7 days of the product’s original delivery date. Please complete the Return Request form below to initiate an exchange. Once you have received a return authorization number, you will be provided with our returns shipping address. Bleeding Roses Merchandising will not cover the cost of return shipping, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receiving your return, a credit for the amount of your returned item(s) will be issued. Only the item cost will be included in your exchange credit, shipping costs for the original purchase will not be refunded/credited, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your new item. Exchange credit codes will be emailed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return.

EXEMPTIONS & FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are marked as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return or exchange for any reason: face masks, bathing suits, bras, underwear, headphones, socks, flip flops, slides, or other intimates.
