FAQs

  • Your Gear! Bring your guitars, basses, and amps, pedalboards, and drumkit! Unlike alot of other studios, I'm not here to capture what you sound like on MY gear. The goal is to capture the band's unique sound, and the best way to do that is to record your stuff, not mine!

A spare acoustic/electric guitar, and a bass are available in a pinch. Dont want to bring the whole 4x12? Thats what cab sims are for! Otherwise, pretend its a gig and pack like you're ready to play!

  • It's somewhat on a case-by-case basis, however, most sessions only take two to four hours, and often end in a completely tracked demo. The goal is to lay the track on session 1, and do final takes or retakes for session 2. Most artists leave the second session knowing all thats left is to wait for the mix!

  • When its done! Again, it depends on the project. Most singles are ready for distribution within 2 weeks of finishing the final session. EPs/LPs can var greatly, depending on the scope of the project. Tracks are released to the artist upon final Payment, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

  • Being a working musician, I get that we arent always in a spot to drop big bucks on our passion (even if we want to). This is why I allow flexible payment plans. Artists who enter into a payment agreement will be able to release their music BEFORE the final payment. I hate how studios will hold tracks hostage - I want the world to hear the work I've done with you, just the same way you want them to hear your music.

I allow Payment plans, on contract, for artists who need the extra flexibility for larger projects. Cash, Venmo, Paypal, and Direct Transfer are accepted.
